Configure a rotary evaporator with a recirculating chiller and vacuum pump. Share your solvent and batch requirements for an equipment quotation.
A matched system for solvent evaporation
A rotary evaporator, recirculating chiller and vacuum pump work together to evaporate, condense and collect solvent. The system is relevant to sample concentration, solvent recovery and extract preparation where the selected equipment is compatible with the materials.
What each component does
The evaporator rotates the flask and supplies controlled bath heating. The chiller removes heat from the condenser. The vacuum source lowers system pressure. The quotation should specify each component and the connecting accessories; a product photograph alone does not define the delivery scope.
Choose the configuration from your process
Send solvent identity, initial batch volume, concentration target and required throughput. Request performance at specified bath temperature, pressure and condenser temperature. Compare the working fill volume rather than using nominal flask size as batch capacity.
Connections, controls and delivery
Confirm hose materials and dimensions, vacuum regulation, glass joints, collection capacity, power voltage, frequency and phase. Discuss vapor protection and exhaust handling with your laboratory team. Ask for an itemized quotation, model-specific manuals, spare seals and glassware packaging.
